Performing a Purchase

Purchasing could not be any simpler. Simply peruse our store and add any things you desire to purchase to the shopping cart. After you have completed your selection, click “Your Basket” at the top of the page, then go to checkout, where you will be asked for a few order-specific data.

Our definition of shippable may include instructing a supplier or manufacturer to ship straight to you. You have the option to enter your credit card information into our secure SagePay payment system. Your information is not shown to us or SagePay; only the banks involved in the transaction have access to it.

When order confirmation is received, it signifies that we have received your order. There is no indication of a contract between us. When we give you an invoice and collect payment, we shall signify acceptance of your order and conclude a contract between us. Bespoke products

According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, anything created to a customer’s requirements (but not standard upgrades or variants) cannot be cancelled once bought, thus you will be charged in full upon placing your order.


Typically, we will mail your product to you within two business days, however many orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. You will be notified if there are any delays. Some goods have lengthier delivery timeframes; please refer to the product’s delivery tab for more information. We are closed on federal holidays, and these days will not be counted towards the delivery deadline. Your signature acknowledging receipt of the package from our delivery courier is regarded as acceptable evidence of delivery.

It is the customer’s obligation to inspect the products upon delivery before signing for them. Signing for the products certifies that they were received unharmed and in excellent shape. If there are any signs of damage, please sign as “damaged” and notify us on the day of delivery; otherwise, our courier will not take damage claims. Please verify that the contents of your parcels match the things you bought before opening them. Please notify us of any problems within twenty-four hours after delivery.

Unloading assistance must be made available to the delivery driver. Delivery is restricted to the curbside and ground floor only. After the item has been installed, no liability is taken for any claims of damage. Prior to installation, you must ensure that the items are in excellent condition. Once the item has been signed for, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the merchandise. We do not pay for consequential loss, labour or courier / shipping fees.

If there is evident damage to any item, please send our customer support staff images of the damage as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery. ([email protected]). Our staff will immediately examine the damage to determine the optimal course of action.

Please contact us promptly if your address has access limitations and you have ordered a pallet item, as we may need to make alternative arrangements. If you fail to contact us and the delivery cannot be accomplished due to poor access, you will be charged a fee to redeliver the package using a smaller truck. These are the sale terms.

All of our goods are available on an order-by-order basis. We will only accept orders that are accompanied by full payment. The majority of credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers are accepted for payment. This does not apply if you have a credit account with us or prefer to pick up your item and pay upon pickup.

Back Orders

If your item is out of stock, we will place an order for it. You will always receive an email with the opportunity to cancel your order; if you prefer not to wait, a full refund will be provided for the cancelled products.


The prices mentioned on our website include tax by default. There is a “Tax Switch” at the top of the page that allows you to omit tax from the prices if necessary.

This is in addition to the good manufacturer’s warranty and does not in any way impact your legal rights.

To be eligible for this guarantee, products must be returned in line with our return policy, unopened and in resalable condition.

If the items are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, they will replace or repair them in accordance with the terms of the warranty. Prior to replacement or repair, it may be required to check the household products. On request, we may give contact and process information for the appropriate manufacturer.

Customers must notify us of their desire to return non-defective products within 30 days, beginning on the day they receive the products.
